This is an interesting advanced story at St. Louis Today for an appearance at The Demo in St. Louis by pianist Bill Payne, who was a founding member of Little Feat.
Payne, the story says, is presenting a program called Tracing Footsteps. It features music, poetry, photography and a Q&A with the audience. Payne teamed with Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter and Pulitzer Prize winning poet Paul Muldoon on material in the show.
