Rudy Vallee would have turned 115 years old today. Wikipedia says that Vallee — Hubert Prior Vallée — “…was one of the first modern pop stars of the teen idol type.”
It’s important to remember our heritage, musical and otherwise. These people call out to us over time and deserve a moment of our attention.
Vallee, apparently, was a very big deal back in the day. Above is “You’re Just Another Memory,” which sort of sounds cold.
