Another artist from the electronic pages of WFUV, the radio station of Fordham University in the Bronx. This is the list of instruments that Wikipedia says Bulat plays: Vocals, guitar, autohaprp, hammerered dulcimer, piano, ukulele, charango. I guess that the instrument in this terrific video is a double-stringed ukulele.
The Northampton Square Bandstand (which is in north London) looks like a very nice place to perform and watch music.
